Hi, I am selling my Cadillac Deville D'Elegance 1998 with a V-8 Northstar engine. I have had this car for about nine years. The head gasket blew on it, which has been confirmed by a friend who is a mechanic. I am moving and wish to sell it cheap. The car ran great before the head gasket blew. I had always kept the oil changed etc. and took great care of it.This car would be a great fixer upper. There are no dents in it and the paint is in great condition as well. The interior leather is also in good condition. If you fix the head gasket and clean it up it would be beautiful once again. The tires are still decent and headlights work. The seat heater in driver side works as well as the cruise control. The top of the engine is sitting on top under hood unscrewed so you would not even have to take it apart so half of the work is already done for you! After pricing the head gasket it was not expensive at all. I simply do not have the tools or the time and do not wish to purchase a new or used engine. I bought another vehicle and I am also moving soon so I do not want to just junk the car because I have so many good memories in it. I would love to see someone get this car who truly appreciates its beauty and elegance. There is no other body style I like better in Cadillac.
