Hello diesel family and friends, my name is Tom my wife and I have been licensed PA new and used Truck dealers since the late 70's and have been involved in diesel trucks as our speciality. We have recently downsized to a small mom and pop operation here in carlisle PA (E-Motors) to sell 2 or 3 trucks a month, we are small and I do this more for a hobby than anything else.(low overhead low prices) I know these old Powerstroke diesel trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. I personally drive each truck for several hundred miles on a test ride, complete new filters and fluids, PA inspection and full detailing prior to presenting for sale. First off in 30 years of mechanical repairs in my life I have never sent a vehicle to a scrapyard because of a number on an odometer, but I have sent vehicles because of excessive rust, collision damage, and non servacing to vehicle. This truck never had ony of these conditions ever. Lets start with the most important thing you should check when buying the structure and body. This one was an Arizona/South Carolina origional owned truck, never ever in salt or water, result all origional paint in 100% rustfree and putty free condition. Paint for the mostpart is near flawless with awesome gloss and straight. No accident damage to sheet metal, beautiful frame, doors, oil pan and ect.... Interior is unbelievabley nice and almost again perfect, owner was a small fellow and the drivers seat is like new nice and firm not all squashed down like most 200 plus miles vehicles. Non smoker no smells or oders, all power goodies working including the p locks, windows, a/c and heater. Includes both origional key fobs working, books and extra keys. Mechanically owner recently had 8 new injectors installed and tranny was rebuilt at 210K. I put in 8 glow plugs and she fires right up ice cold and purrs perfectly with no blowby or dripping. Pop her in gear and has the best takeoff power you can expect from a 97 stroker. Cruise down the interstate at 75-80 it will track perfectly straight with no pulling or schimming. The miles came from almost all 65mph driving down the highway from his home in Az to his home in S Carlonia, and maintence to him was as improtant as his own health and truck shows, so does his health he is 77 years old and looks 50. Truck has very minimal wear and tear, like a handful of stonechips, dings tiny scraches and stuff like that, 1 small dash crack, but overall for the age and miles its just awesome. Serious buyers get in here and we will take it a spin and I'll prove it to you, I'll put it up agenst any 80-90K truck to look and preform with no difference!
