Selling a 2000 Toyota Celica GTS(Clean Title and Clean Carfax/Autocheck).This model is equipped with the 4 speed automatic transmission with the auto-to-manual option (steering wheel button control). This Celica had a head gasket job done (worth around$2000). The following new parts installed: - New head gasket. - New water pump. - New exhaust manifold gasket. - New intake manifold gasket. - New throttle body gasket - New ngk platinum spark plugs. - New oil and filter. - New engine coolant. - New Interstate battery - 4 matching Continental tires(65% thread) Once the head gasket was done, we found out the transmission was slipping. Originally,the car was purchased as a non-runner, and a bad transmission was an unpleasant surprise. We had to take this car to a professional transmission shop where it was completely overhauled, have a receipt for $1300. Also, car needed a paint job because the clear coat was peeling off in some places. The only body part replaced was the front bumper.The original bumper had too many scratches (still have the original bumper, if interested).Every single body part on this car has a vin tag on it and the VIN numbers are matching. The front hood has a small gap on each side,it looks like someone tried to force the hood to close with an object under it (please check the pics). It's not noticeable until you're very close.
