1967 Chevelle SS396 4-speed convertible. Color code R2 Red from factory with black top, black bucket seat interior that was replaced just 2 weeks ago with Legendary interior, receipts in hand. Car is a very nice driver. Very straight panels and paint. Minor blemishes, a ding here or there you need to be close to see. Paint was nicely done 10 years ago and shines nicely. Car runs and drives excellent with new tires. Floor and trunk have a small patch or two, but extremely solid. Floors/trunk original, I believe most body panels are original too. Trunk is nicely spatter painted, original spare/wheel/and jack assy in place. Power plant codes out to a 1970 454 Factory Hi-Perf block, see pics., and Super T-10 4-speed. 12 bolt is silent, no leaks, transmission shifts tight, no grinding or ripped up 2nd gear, clutch perfect. Options include 12 bolt from factory, 3:73 gears, SS hood is original, emblems are not repops, front discs, 15" wide wheels, power steering, power top, factory am/fm radio not hooked up, but a killer stereo is in the glove box that really cranks. The car even has the factory gauge package too! Dash is not cracked, power top works like new. No huge cam, no headers, no race equipment. Bone stock 454/425. Car was born a 327-4bbl 136 code. This is NOT a 135 code 6 cylinder car! ***This is the cheapest '67 Chevelle big-block 4-speed convertible in the country! This is NOT a '66 model. 1967 is VERY rare, 1966 is not! Car sold as is. The Hi-Perf engine ALONE is 12 grand now-a-days. Go try to buy that engine, you'll see. Feel the wind, feel the gears, feel the muscle. That's what it's all about. Just like the 'ole days.
