I am an attorney in Charlotte and I have owned this car since 2006 and I purchased it from a ferrari dealer in 2006 with around 3000 miles on it. I had to have it because it was at that time the best corvette ever built and they were virtually impossible to get from the dealerships. They were selling at that time for over $100,000.00 due to demand and greedy dealer markup. I have used it every day for the past 6 years as a daily driver and I have never had a bit of trouble with it. I have recently replaced all the brakes and rotors, the tires are 25% tread left on the rear and 70% tread up front. The clutch fluid has been changed and I have done until recently all the oil changes myself in my garage. I also replaced the ac compressor. I do have clear title to the car . The car has never seen a race track and all of these miles are highway miles only. It is a true sports car and has plenty of power. I am selling the car because I developed plantar issues with my left foot and need to stay away from these pedal clutch cars for a while. The interior of the car is fine no damages anywhere, the car has never been wrecked but I was bumped from behind and the rear fascia was repainted because of some scuff marks that would not polish out, The car has had clear bra on it it since I purchased it and the clear is getting a bit sunfaded with brown spots but it is easy to remove and has protected the paint quite well for the time I have had it. There is a very small chip in the front windshield but it has been there for about 3 years and has not expanded. I have curbed all four wheels on this car so they need to be re edged or replaced with better rims. I have also nicked the running boards on some high curbs in this area but other that these issues are nothing that you would not expect froma a daily driven vehicle. When I purchased the car the dealership prepared the new paperwork and when they filled out the odometer info they mistakenly put it down as 300,000 miles. They caught their error about a week later and came by to pick up the car from me to take it to DMV so that a visual inspection of the odometer could be made and the title could be corrected. This was done with no issues except the title shows the current mileage as NAM which means not actual mileage. I can certainly give any purchaser a statement on my law office stationary that the current mileage on the odometer is the actual mileage. Please contact Lee with any questions at 704-458-9128
