This is a once blue colored 1968 Ford Thunderbird and is a great car to finish restoring. It has a 429 Thunderjet Engine that has been pulled and bored to .030 over and comes with a bran new engine rebuild kit. The heads are in good shape but need to be rebuilt. I was going to install new guides and hardened valves, but did not get to it. A C6 automatic transmission. The engine compartment has been sandblasted and painted black. I installed a new heater core, refurbished the blower motor, and pressure tested the AC core before installing to the firewall. I ran bran new vacuum hoses. The headlights were recently removed and sandblasted to be painted. The front grille, bumper, and back bumper are in good shape. There is a new sequential taillight for the vehicle. I started to rebuild a Holley 750cfm 4 barrel but also have the original 4 barrel that came with the car. The interior seat upholstery has been redone and carpet is in great shape. The car is primed but the top needs to be replaced with new vinyl or painted. It has power windows and a power seat, in which the power windows have new motors in the doors installed. The car needs to be repainted but straight with no damage. The chrome is in good shape. This car has always been stored in a garage so there are no visible rust holes. This car rides nice! This car just needs to be finished. I have been putting in some hard work and time on it. This car will be an awesome thunderbird when finished. I have some literature and some discs for the car to make it easy to finish that I will include. I have all the parts that was removed, so please bring containers when picking up the car.
