This is a 1962 Mercedes 190 SL which was originally registered in 1962 in Hunting Beach California, made its way to Nevada (still have registration papers)before ending up in N-Vancouver, British Columbia. The car was restored 22 years ago and was then stored in a climate controlled environment for 18 years. I found this vehicle 4 years ago as a barn find, since been gone over professionally by a mechanic who restores specialty vintage automobiles. This Benz has a set of Webber carbs, new brake lines and master cylinder and refurbished gas tank, etc. The original Solex carbs will be included as will the original 'owners manual'. This Benz in my opinion is an 8 out of 10, and she purrs down the highway. There is a small dent about the seize of a dollar coin just behind driver side headlight, chrome is in very good and complete condition as is the convertible top and hard top. I would invite anyone interested to come and check the car out, you will not be disappointed in this 50 year old icon. Car is sold without warranty and "AS IS CONDITION".
