THIS UP FRONT. THIS BIKE WAS A DEALER BUY BACK, YOUR CARFAX WILL SHOW THIS. Bike was sold at auction for intermittent stalling. Fuel pump was replaced along with tank breather and firmware updated. All repairs to the bike were made buy BMW, please refer to documentation provided. We have not had any issues with bike and runs and rides beautifully. Bike has just 4454 miles on it with 500 of those miles after purchase from MAX BMW in New Hampshire. The bike belongs to my wife who is no longer riding and desires to sell it. Bike was lowered at factory to accommodate a vertically challenged rider so that both feet can set flat on the ground. Bike was never down, however this is a 1 inch scuff behind the saddle bag I guess it came from trailer transport while moving back to Missouri. Bike was always garage kept and is now on a trickle charger for the new battery. THIS BIKE WAS TITLED IN 2 OTHER STATES WITH CLEAR NON-BRANDED TITLE AND CURRENTLY TITLED IN MO WITH CLEAR AND NON-BRANDED TITLE. FACTORY WARRANTY EXPIRES 3/16/2013.
