** NO RESERVE **Up for sale is my low mileage blue 2007 BMW R1200RT loaded with very tasteful upgrades. It has all the stuff you'd expect to find on a 1200RT including the on-board computer, power windshield, heated grips, electronic cruise control, tire pressure monitors, etc. Then I added another $6,000 worth of goodies that took an already excellent bike and made it fantastic. The above is about $6,000 worth of parts...and there was another $300 in shipping for all the stuff....plus the 30-odd hours it took me to install and wire everything up. All electrical accessory wires are neatly loomed/protected. The Ohlins suspension is an amazing upgrade to this bike -- and way better than the electronic bmw suspension could ever dream of being. It handles fantastic in the corners and offers superb ride quality that only Ohlins can offer. If you've ever run Ohlins suspension components, you know this is the best of the best. The HID lights are amazing at night. The combination of the HIDs and the Clearwater Glenda LED driving lights ensure you are extremely conspicuous to other drivers/riders. This bike has the ability to keep you comfortable in almost any kind of weather. I have ridden down to 27 degrees without turning on my heated jacket. I don't know its cold limits. Warm weather is cake and the bike doesn't bake you like the inline water-cooled Sport Tourers do. The bike is ready for an oil change. Seeing as I change the oil in every used bike I purchase, I thought the new owner might like to do this and familiarize themself with the bike. I will be including a full oil change kit with oil and an oil filter. Bike has never been dropped and is in beautiful condition. There are two imperfections and I've supplied pictures. One is a boot scuff on one of the saddle bags and the other is an imperfection on the top trunk. You may see towel lint from when I washed/dried the bike, but they are not scratches. The paint is beautiful and shiny. GPS, satellite radio receiver, and radar detector are not included with the bike.
