Vehicle Detail

For Sale is my 1991 Corvette with a Lingenfelter Spec 383 Stroker The car puts out approximately 450 horsepower so please make sure you are comfortable with this kind of power The engine has less than 30K miles since the build and the transmission has 5K miles since overhaul The car has a removable glass roof and partial roll cage that was added for stability and safety (the glass roof doesn't offer much protection in an accident). The car was rebuilt from the ground up, inside and out, so please understand that the odometer mileage is only on the chassis Engine, transmission, interior have all been redone The engine alone has had over $7000 invested (not including the cost of the stock engine itself). I will provide over 30 pages of documentation and receipts to show the vehicle's maintenance and upgrade history. I will also provide an NADA appraisal report showing the car's value in current condition to be in excess of $20,000 (in case you want to insure it as a classic car, which I strongly recommend). FREE: I will also throw in a GM code scanner and all manuals for the scanner and the car itself. The car was written off as a total loss by insurance for water damage, however, the car was NOT flooded I drove the car through a puddle and got the ABS sensor wet. When I filed with insurance they called it a total loss WITHOUT even seeing the car. The engine, interior, etc was never wet. PS: making a claim in the weeks after a hurricane is not a good idea. The car runs hard and fast. To my knowledge there are no mechanical issues other than the ABS sensor or the lack of exhaust (the car had an exhaust system that is illegal for steer driving so I took it off). You will need to provide your own exhaust or if you want I will include a stock exhaust with the purchase. I am not giving any guarantees as to the ease or process of registering the car in your state (hence the low price) so please do your own research. On Dec-12-12 at 11:02:07 PST, seller added the following information: Build List for Stroker Motor: 1. L98 heads Fully ported with 5 angle valve job Manley 2" intake & 1.55" exhaust valves Heavy duty springs & retainers Edelbrock aluminum valve covers 2. Crane full roller rockers & push rods 3. High performance custom hydraulic roller cam and roller lifters 4. Keith Black hypereutectic pistons 5. Eagle 3.75" stroke crank
