Vehicle Detail

This is a 1931 Ford Model A 5 Window Coupe, that has been chopped or lowered. This has been sitting atleast 7 years in a garage. The Body is sitting on a Pick-up frame. I do not know the year of the pick up frame. The car used to be used as a drag car back in the day, so it has a roll cage in it. The car does have a Front Straight Axle with drum brakes all the way around. The Driver side front wheel cylinder is stuck right now from sitting, but I will try to free it up. The car does have some leaks from sitting so long, like the tranny pan, rearend, and oil pan. Nothing major it's just spots that I can see under the car on the garage floor. The car does have a Ford 9 inch rear end, but I cannot remember what the gears are. The car does have nice rims on it, with almost brand new tires, front tires are 215/65/15 and the rear tires are 295/50/15 and all 4 tires are cooper tires. This car is a Vintage Racer Car, by all means this is not a finished Good-Guys car, but it could be if you want to put the time and money into it, or you can drive it right now and have some fun! I would call this car a 50 footer, and I would rate this car a 5 or 6 on a scale to 10 with 10 being awsome. There is some bad seam jobs. The paint looks like it has been done with spray can paint. The Interior has Blue Indoor/Outdoor Carpet in it. The car still get alot of looks and thumbs up! The Engine is 400 Small Block Chevy, with a 4 barrel Carb with headers, with a mild performance cam. The transmission is a 700R4 automatic. The car was inspected in 1996 by the Iowa DOT and titled. The car runs and drives, I have explained everything to the best of my ability and I will answer any questions that you might have. *** I have the right to end this auction at anytime since it is also being listed locally, The Car does NOT come with any kind of warranty, I am selling the car AS IS. The buyer will be responsible for picking up the car. ***
