As previously commented this car's factory color was Everglade Green. The sun visor is an original Lincoln-Mercury dealer installed accessory sun visor with the chrome trim. In my opinion this is a more desirable sun visor than an after market Fulton visor. The trunk mat appears to be original (which is remarkable) and the cardboard side panels also appear to be original. This is a very late in the model year 1951 as evidenced by the red wheels and by the rubber sill plates. Because of the Korean War, whitewall tires stopped being available from the factory so they started painting the wheels red to improve the looks of the car with blackwall tires. The war also caused a shortage of aluminum, so the late 1951 Mercurys had rubber sill plates rather than aluminum sill plates. This car also has the grooves behind the license plate areas on each bumper. Only the late in the year 51s had these grooves on both bumpers. The interior on this car has been redone, but it is very similar to an original factory interior for a 51 Mercury. Based on looking at your pictures and at the video, I'd say that this appears to be a very nice survivor and I hope you find a good home for it.
