Vehicle Detail

***1969 DODGE DART CUSTOM 2 DR HT 64K ORIGINAL MILES V-8 VERY NICE*** *** 273 V-8 ENGINE --- B5 BLUE --- SOLID NO RUST *** *** AUTOMATIC --- EVERYTHING WORKS *** This is a 1969 Dodge Dart Custom two-door hardtop in B5 blue with blue interior. It only has 64,743 miles on it. The  car is in great shape - solid no rust body that has had one re-paint. Interior is all original with the exception of the front seat cover and headrests which  were redone. Engine is a 273 V-8 that starts right up and runs fine. This was the last year for that engine. Car drives like it did when new. It has an  automatic transmission. Everything works on the car from the fender mounted turn signals to the AM radio. This is a very solid nice car. I have the  broadcast sheet below with the title stating actual miles. The underside has a heavy coat of factory undercoating and there are underside photos below.  This is a straight solid car that all you have to do is insert the key, turn and drive. A friend of mine who doesn't do anything with computers asked me to list  the Dart. If you would like to see the car or have any questions just email me for the owner's number. It has dual exhaust with quiet stock type mufflers. Chrome and trim are original and in great shape for their age. Tires have about 1000 miles on them. The owner added the small hubcaps. The original full size caps are pictured below and come with the car. Doors open and close like they did when new. Hardtop glass alignment is perfect. Sharp grill  Trunk has Dodge trim Interior is all original except for the front seat cover and headrest covers being replaced. Padded dash has a couple of small cracks on the edges of the dash pad that can only be seen from the windshield side It has all the seat belts including the shoulder harnesses Everything works on this car The plastic covers were on some of the back seat belts when the owner bought the car in 2005 64,743 original miles - gauges are clear and all of them work Pedals and original carpet AM Radio works, heater and defroster work Dome light comes on when you open either door Driver side door panel Passenger side door panel Reproduction owner's manual comes with the car The engine is a 273 V-8 that starts right up and runs well.  The owner replaced the original manifold, carburetor and air cleaner but they come with the sale of the car. He installed an Edelbrock four barrel  carburetor on a 340 V-8 manifold with a 340 air cleaner The owner removed the engine to clean and paint it Note Chrysler on the windshield fluid container Engine is clean Note how nice the inner fenders are Edelbrock carburetor Very clean and nice Underside of hood Trunk has what looks like the original mat Underside of trunk lid Jack in original location Plastic baggie has a bracket owner found under the front seat when he bought the car. It looks new. Spare under the mat Passenger side under the mat Driver side under the mat I crawled underneath to try and get some photos of the underside - here is the driver front suspension  K - member Passenger side front suspension Engine and transmission pans Passenger side - underside has a heavy coat of undercoating Dual exhaust with stock type mufflers Driver side Farther back on the driver side Under the trunk on the passenger side Trunk pan has a heavy coat of factory undercoating Mufflers and gas tank VIN on dash LM23D9B289837 Owner found broadcast sheet under rear seat Title indicates actual miles Original air cleaner Original intake and carburetor Original hubcaps Fender tag There are small dings on both edges of the grill, common for 60s cars Hood has a small ding which is hard to notice where someone shut the hood on the air cleaner stud Driver front fender - turn signals mounted on the fenders work All glass is good - doors open and shut like new Hardtop glass alignment is correct I didn't notice any dings in the trim Solid car - tires are P215X70X14 with few miles on them Back glass - package tray is untouched Deck lid Driver side taillight Trim and chrome are really nice for their age Car has a really nice body Solid car Sleek roof line There is a small almost unnoticeable ding a few inches below the trim V-8 and Pentastar on the fender Defroster vents have aged If you are seriously interested in this truck my advice is to come and see it. The car is located in Powhatan, Virginia. It is off Route 60 a few miles  from Route 288 which connects I-95 and I-64.
