Looking for an unbelievable, 1 owner 2007 Tahoe LTZ? THIS IS 2 WHEEL DRIVE!! Free & Clear title-no liens. My pictures and description will not do my Tahoe justice! Purchased new, this Tahoe has spent it's entire life in Florida. It is currently located between Louisville and Indianapolis depending on the day of the week. I am a non-smoker, never exposed to the abuse of kids, wrecked, or abused in any way. In fact the back seat has hardly ever been sat in and the 3rd row seats have spent their life in storage or the basement. The interior picture with the tailgate open shows the carpet has that stick down plastic carpet protector and has always had a cover over that. The factory mats have also had an additional set over them and are brand new. Clean, well I'm a little OCD, so it is spotless! This car was equipped with EVERY conceivable option the 2007's came with including the power running boards. It has been maintained with great care and the Michelin tires were put on at about 68k miles. When they were rotated last week, the installing dealer said they still look absolutely new, original spare never on the ground. When the tires were replaced I had the rear end serviced (not required) and all the brakes redone. I have all the documentation to support these services as well as others. This has towed a very small U-Haul trailer one time. The few exterior flaws are very small and actually hard to photograph. On the left rear bumper cover somebody was kind enough to scrape it in a parking lot. It rubbed the paint off and left a small wrinkle. There are no door dings from parking lots. The front does have some stone chips that just can't be avoided. Again, nothing that stands out. All the original manuals are available to the buyer including the factory window sticker (if I recall correctly, it was about $53,00.00) Again, this is a 2 WHEEL DRIVE. UPDATE!! I have been receiving emails directly inquiring if it has the back up camera. Yes, it does have the camera as well as the audible sensors that are located in the rear bumper. In addition to that there are lights on the inside, right rear panel the driver can use to gauge how close you are to something as well.
