This is a ONE OWNER!! Clean auto check ,clean title. 123K original miles. Rust free Arizona car. The engine is a 5.7 LS1 sounds and runs excellent; automatic transmission is 4 speed auto with over drive, shifts and goes thru gears great. Exterior is blue with great original paint and interior is clean white leather. BRAND NEW white haartz pinpoint vinyl convertible top and original glass rear window on this power folding top. It also has the factory oem hard plastic top boot cover, see in photos. All the power options are in great working order, power windows, power door locks, power drivers seat, abs brakes, ice cold air conditioning and original factory cd player. Four matching Goodyear Eagle Gt tires that are in great condition. The gears were replaced in the headlamps and now work excellent. The car has gone thru our service staff and all items are verified to be working and within safety specs. The items that were not fixed are the ash tray lid is broken and the door panels are slightly cracked on top. The door panels can be plastic welded and repaired and the ash tray is available on ebay if you want to replace it. Shipping Information SHIPPING SHIPPING: The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please call if you would like us to suggest a shipping company. HOURS: Deliveries or pickups are to be scheduled from Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Special arrangements are possible but must be made in advance for additional hours or weekends. Terms of Sale TERMS SALES TAX: Az residents are responsible for applicable Az sales tax/title/tag/registration fees. Buyers outside of Az are responsible for Az sales tax if they accept Az delivery. Most states have sales tax reciprocal agreements with Arizona. For your convenience when legally permitted we will provide a 30-day Arizona temporary tag if desired. Arizona law permits automobile dealerships up to 30-days to transfer titles. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. If the vehicle is shipped to you a by carrier then we do not collect any sales tax. However, if the car is picked up and driven on Arizona roads, as a licensed dealer, we are required by law to collect the sales tax percentage designated for your State and Phoenix city tax. $500 DEPOSIT: A minimum nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due and payable on or before 24-hours after the end of the auction. PayPal can be used for the payment of the deposit. The balance is due and payable on or before 7-days after the end of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include cash in person, certified check, cashiers check, or bank wire transfer. $200 Documents and handling fee: Buyer must pay a $200 dealer service & handling fee per each motor vehicle purchased. This is to cover expenses, such as (but not limited to) providing in-transit temporary tags, overnight mailing and handling of all documents.
