1972 Chevrolet STINGRAY CORVETTE Relisted due to needed more pictures to accurately describe car was also asked if this was the original engine. I do not know if this is the original engine. Item sold as pictured. Thanks. I am a graduate student and about to graduate. I need to sell my corvette to pay tuition. I bought this car two years ago before I started school because of it's overall good mechanical condition. Since then things have changed for me and I need tuition money. This corvette has a very strong engine and according to the seller I bought it from had the engine overhauled. This is a project car and I do not know if it is the original engine. Has T-Tops and removable back window. I haven't started this car since a year ago, so it will require a tune-up, but is a mechanically sound car. Will need work on turn signals and high beam lights seem to not function properly. Brakes need adjustment and a new car battery. The one that came with it wouldn't hold a charge, but I will send it with the car for a core charge towards a new one. There is also a driver side door lock needs to be fixed. A driver's door panel is also missing and will need to be replaced. Will need a repair in back bumper as old muffler came out of the back upon shipment as car was being loaded up for transport. I did put a new exhaust and is currently registered as my landlord wanted it current. Also needs a flywheel cover, which I bought for it but did not put it on as my apartment complex does not permit mechanical work to be done on the premises. I will include this with the sale along with new seat belts and new brake pads I had ordered for it. My landlord has asked me to put the car in storage or to keep registration and insurance current. I don't have the funds to do that, so my misfortune is someone else's good fortune. Will not need much to get this into a good looking car!!! Thanks for looking and ask questions before bidding.
