Vehicle Detail
1939 Ford deluxe. Car was purchased from the owner that rebuilt the car in the 70's. Car had been stored 35+ years when I bought it. I replaced the radiator, water pumps, repro carb, new 8v battery, electric fuel pump, new cocker wide white wall tires and tubes, new wheel cylinders and master cylinder, new gas tank (steel). All in all a great driver. I buffed the paint out, looks driver good. The chrome was painted silver, stainless good. Runs strong, handles well, brakes are great. I would really like anyone buying the car to look at it first. I love it, it is just what I was looking for (a good reliable driver that I can leave in a parking lot and not sweat it) the old paint looks good in photos, this isn't a show car! A video walk around http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2zDTNxtbvU&feature=youtube_gdata_player And interior http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ed-670bX2GA&feature=youtube_gdata_player Large photos at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/j3driver1946 On Nov-23-12 at 13:58:31 PST, seller added the following information: 11/23/12 UPDATE; took her on a 150 mile trip today, she ran like a watch, 40 psi oil pressure 160 degrees. This is a nice driving classic. Only selling to finance an antique motorcycle project. Next bid will meet reserve, I'll miss this old girl... 1939 Ford deluxe.
