1968 Baja Bug built by Extreme Fabrications out of Santee California in 1999. The car has a 2110 cc motor built by Brian Pauter at Pauter machine shop. It has a 4 speed Bus 091 transmission built by Rancho. Fox Shox all the way around with Fox coil-overs in the front giving it about 18 inches of travel all the way around. King Kong adjusters in the back with 27 mm 300m torsion bars. Full chromemoly roll cage with racing seats and 5 point harnesses with a race tank, removable steering, 4 wheel disc brakes, Raceready oil cooler, 3x3 trailing arms, SACO rack&pinion, dual Weber 44's porshe CV's, hiem joints ect. This was built for Off-Road racing, but would be fun in the mountains or dune running as well. It is titled in Florida and would take some work to make it street legal. Over $50,000 is invested in the car.
