I don't know too much about bikes, I took this as a trade. I know it starts up instantly and runs through all the gears. There are a few VERY minor scratches on the plastic and one tear on the seat, about the size of a quarter. I have taken a picture of the seat to show the tear. It doesn't leak oil and is registered til 2014. If you have any questions, feel free to ask but I am not sure I will have an answer for you.
