Vehicle Detail
Have a 1973 Dodge Challenger project. I have had this car for 9 years or so. And I do hate to see it go. Have another project and a 18 month old little girl now. Been buying parts since I have had the car. Its nothing special, 318 auto car with its share of rust. Part of the rust has been fixed, and have parts for other places. Has new quarter, was gonna replace the other, but it is in descent shape. I have the quarter for it year one or goodmark I believe. I do have rear floor patches from goodmark. Has full tilt forward fiberglass doghouse, not mounted though I do have the brackets. There is some rust round the hood hinges. Its where I was gonna cut out for the roll cage. The worst is the trunk. I was gonna tub or mini tub so it was not a factor. Round the rear glass is good, and the trunk drip rail is descent. Great body for this kind of project. I have a wad in parts. Including 10 point Jegs rollcage, CE weld in frame rails with spring hanger brackets. MP spring relocation kit. leaf link brackets and two rods for set up. MP superstock springs. Four link brackets. I have rod ends for fourlink set up. Strange housing ends. MRE tubular upper control arms. Aluminum radiator. I sure I have left something out. I have most the interior. I may be missing a piece of dash trim. No rally dash. Have non rally dash bezel. I was gonna use autometer and roll cage mounts for tach. The front seats I do not beleive are E body. But are nice and clean. Back seat is original. No windsheild. doors have a little rust at the bottom. Dash will need recovered, its pretty rough. The kick panels and all are there, and can be cleaned up to driver quality. The consoles are rough, but repairable maybe. The drivers door panel needs a little repair where the window crank dug in. I would say 90 to 95 % of the trim and panels are there. The bumpers are good cores. Needs new rear bumper brackets. Wiring harness probably not usable. Have an open 8 3/4challenger housing. Spring perches will need to be moved. car is on home made cart, but I can load with plywood, and ramps. I have tried to remember everything but I know I have forgotten a bunch. Everything is cover in dust and needs a good cleaning. You can email me a phone number and I will holler back at you. If you win I require a 250.00 deposit. If you get here and look at the car and are not satisifed, I will refund what ever is left after ebay and pay pal fees. I want to be fair. If you hit buy it now, I will let a good 383 727 and a new MAS racing go wing go with the car. Hey guys, I was just looking at the pics. The six pack scoop is not mounted or glassed in. It was took off another steel hood. set it up there for pics. At this time I was still keeping the car and picking what I wanted to use. It is usable, but not perfect. It also comes with a fiberglass cowl. Few more things, the heater box is busted. I don't know if it is repairable. The fiberglass doghouse has a 1 to 3 inch tear. Nothing at all major, a very easy fix. I just did not want to surprise any body. I does not have fender tag. I do have CLEAN TITLE in my name, and will work any way to help you on your paperwork. The extra parts have a little surface rust here and there. Nothing major, all parts have been inside since I have had em. Car has been inside 95% since I have owned it. All the glass is there sept the windshield. The windshield in the pics is a 61-71 truck. Sorry just run out of space to store it, and did not move it for pics. Doors are off the car now, but can be mounted on for transport. The steering column is a floor shift column. Sorry for missing these few items, but since I been a Dad I can't remember anything.
