Vehicle Detail

***I am listing this vehicle for a friend of mine. If you have questions or if you would like to make an appointment to see this car email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.*** ***Buy it Now or Make an Offer!!! The owner is motivated to sell!!!*** ***PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!*** This auction is for a 1979 Chevrolet Camaro. It has a supercharged 454 big block Chevrolet engine. It is rebuilt and the cylinders have been bored .030". The blower is a Weiand 6-71 unit with dual Demon carburetors. The transmission is a TH350 with full manual valve body, 3500 stall, and a B&M ratchet shifter. This car is equipped with dual electric fans. The ignition system includes an MSD 6 BTM ignition control box with a timing retarder inside the car. The engine has long tube headers and a Flowmaster exhaust system that exits after the rear axle. The chassis has weld-in frame ties and bolt-in stabilizer bars for the rear suspension. This car is not equipped with power steering, though it can be added. The brake system has been overhauled. All rubber brake hoses have been replaced. The master cylinder is new, there are new calipers, rotors and pads in the front and new wheel cylinders, shoes and drums in the rear. The racing seats are adjustable forward and backward and have 5 point racing harnesses. There is no back seat. This car is equipped with aftermarket gauges, an Autogauge tachometer and a shift light. The interior of the car looks pretty good. The body isn't perfect, there are some paint chips, but it still looks good. Cosmetically, this car is by no means flawless. When the owner started the car to move it onto the vehicle lift I peed a little, sprouted a Mahogany and my heart skipped a beat. I know yellow isn't everybody's color, I know '79 isn't everyone's favorite year of Camaro and, yes, I know this isn't exactly a fully restored car, but this thing is mean, it looks awesome and it sounds amazing. He hadn't started the car since the Syracuse Nationals in July of this year and it fired right up like a brand new car. The whine from the cogged blower drive and the thudding exhaust is enough to make you drool. I wish I could afford to buy this from my friend. I highly recommend that anyone interested in this car come have a look at it. It is located in Syracuse, New York. This auction has NO RESERVE. I know there will be a lot of questions and I am more than happy to get an answer for those who are interested in the car. Do me a favor: READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. For those who will ask "What's your bottom line?" My bottom line is decide how much you are willing to spend on this car and enter that amount as your bid. If you win, congratulations, if not, well, I'm sorry. This is an auction. My friend's intention is to get as much money as he can for his car. Ending this auction early to give someone (who didn't read the entire description) a smoking hot deal is not why he had me list this car for him. This auction will last 10 days. The high bidder will win the car.
