OK here we go.....I am selling this for a buddy, I know pretty much about this truck ,, due to the fact he lives next door....He bought this from another buddy of mine a few years back, it was a used as a welding truck...he has removed the welding bed (as you can see by the photos)..and is in pretty much need of a new engine...what had happened is the injectors went bad and dumped fuel in the cylinders, and burnt a hole in one of the pistons...and messed up one of the heads...this all happened after he took it to the dealership on the warranty over the injectors. they put new ones in and test drove it and while on the highway they blew it up, and would not honer there work...so rather then fight them in a court battle , he just went and bought another truck...anyways enough of the drama, I have personally driven the truck awhile back for about a month and everything works fine, Transmission is a allison, and is perfect, front tires are new, rear tires, are not...everything is there,, you just need a new engine. if out of state put a gas one in it, or get one off ebay, you have everything there, all you need is a long block, and swap everything out....Or I will part everything out so if you need something let me know, ..It is a 1 ton rolling chassis...tags are current...It drives straight, no issues, HE will have to clean the cab out, he will have it detailed if bought. everything is there but driver...................... side head, it messed it up when the piston blew ... and he never got it back from the dealership.....or you can replace the number one piston, and back on the road.......thanx Dan 559-676-1242 pacific time...I am selling this locally, so who ever has the money first gets it, so I am letting you know ahead of time that I reserve the right to end this at anytime...ThanxOn Oct-28-12 at 16:01:55 PDT, seller added the following information: I am adding this on because of one of the guys on ebay wanted me to sell it to him at a set lower price, and I refused, he threw prices of a new engine and a bed etc...well he thinks I am trying to sucker someone out there into buying this truck...well..The truck needs a engine, all the parts that was on the engine are there except the head, shop around... and if you do you will find a used engine for that truck for under 3000.00. without a core...of course it wont be brand new, but I have a 6.6 with well over 200,000 miles on it...Is it worth the effort???? well I think so..you be the judge, its up to you, I am not just going to give this truck away, if you need parts, as stated in the first post ,Then if it dont sell for reserve...then contact me and I will part this thing out and scrap the rest,,,Thanx for hearing all this , On Nov-04-12 at 17:07:19 PST, seller added the following information: IT DOS,NT HAVE POWER WINDOWS
