Up for grabs is My 2000 BMW M5 I have owned the car for 4 years and did not plan on selling it but a friend got relocated to Singapore and gave me the "friend deal" on his 08 S4. *****Clean NJ Title No leins************************ So here she is 2000 M5 clutch done at 78k Dinan stage 1 software done by the dealer. 101k on the car. Car is a beast I looked at a dozen M5's before I chose this one most had noisey motors(they all tap) but this was the quietist of the bunch no oil burning issues as many early M5's have. Tires have very low miles on them. car has the power rear sun shade & manual rear side window sun shades. I have a full size spare for it as after 2 flats & the stupid lack of a spare tire on the M cars I bought a spare (& then never needed it) Now the problems ABS & traction control are not working Needs wheel speed sensors installed (comes with car just not installed) Check engine light is on 75% of the time no clue why, has done it since I bought it I assume o2 sensor but car always ran great so never took it in. Windshield washer squirter does not work Lent the car to a buddy going through a divorse & he banged up the front and rear bumpers as shown in the pictures. slight ding & scratches on driver door from someone hitting me in a parking lot. Car is 12 year old & body has scratched & some clear coat pealing up. Clear coat on wheels is flaking off pretty bad I bought a shadow chrome 2 stage paint kit that will go with the car, So if you want a Perfect M5 this is not it. but I am going to sell it with no reserve so bid what you feel it is worth. Will need a little time & love. On Oct-23-12 at 20:33:29 PDT, seller added the following information: I took the car out for a long ride tonight & want to add 2 issues I did not disclose. 1st the Brakes stop straight & do not pull but over 80mph I did feel a slight pulsation so the rotors are slighty warped. After looking on ebay a set of rotors & pads are under $200 so I will deduct 200 from the final price. 2nd Is the car has a slight exhaust rattle it is not loud & there is no exhaust leak sounds like a hanger must have broken If anyone wants to remove their bids I understand.
