Up for sale is a very nice start to a hot rod project. This is a 30-31 Ford Model A truck. It includes the following: *Very nice, straight stock Model A Ford frame. Only modification is that crossmembers have been welded for strength. *Nice complete 30-31 Ford cowl section with complete fuel tank and uncut firewall. The door hinges are all nice and useable. Very solid, very straight. The only spot of rust is on the drivers side down by the frame (where they all rust, easy fix) COMES WITH ANOTHER COWL that you could cut up to patch the complete one. *Front visor, dash header panel. *Extremely nice 1930 Ford Model A grill shell. Very straight, no dents/dings. Nice crank hole, no cracks. *Two very nice /rust free doors. Door bottoms are not rusted. Still has window actuators, door handles, etc. Auction also comes with another passenger side door, and two rear doors from a fordor sedan. So you get 5 doors total. *Solid, straight, virtually rust free 28-34 Ford truck bed. It has a Ford script tailgate. All original, all intact. Very nice piece. *Banjo rear axle from a Model A. Also included are axle bells, rear radius rods and hydraulic brakes from a 39-41 Ford so you can swap over the brakes and use the rear radius rods to locate the rear axle. Or add a quickchange center section for that period perfect hotrod look. *front 39-41 Ford brake backing plates. *split front wishbones with traditional style tie-rods already installed. These were pulled straight off of a hotrod that was built in the 50's. *New front spring - reverse eyed mainleaf so you can get the front low. Original rear high arch spring. *Also included is the rear portion of a 4-door sedan. Here is where you decide how this truck will look. You can cut the tops of the doors off and use this 4-door piece to create the back of the roadster pickup cab. Or you can use this piece how it is and make an extended cab. With this piece from the 4-door sedan and the extra doors, you should be able to make a nice rear section for your cab no matter which direction you take it. *the wheels in the picture ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION. They are original 32 Ford 18" wire wheels with vintage Firestone dirt track tires on them. I would entertain the idea of selling them but they wouldn't be cheap. I also have a full set of 17" wire wheels and/or a full set of 18" wire wheels that I would be willing to throw in for an additional cost. This is obviously a project and not a complete finished truck. I did a very basic mock-up to give you an idea of what all you are getting. It would come with a bill of sale only, no title. I can assist the winning bidder in obtaining one if they need it. Shipping will be up to the winning bidder. It is in pieces so it could be transported on a trailer or possibly in the back of a pickup truck or large SUV. ***ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS*** This is the perfect project for you to import to your garage!! I will build a crate and load all of these parts up safely inside it. This will be much cheaper to ship overseas vs. a complete finished vehicle.
