Up for sale one more time is unstable bob gable's glorious, notorious, fast, and furious "Captain American" 1973 AMX! This bad boy has been in my life for over 17 years, but I'm ready for a new project, and I'd rather see him go on to new adventures than just sit around. I want to build a Mad Max kinda car, and he's just too pretty to black out. I figured I'd try the market one last time before winter arrives and he has to go to sleep. So, get yourself a very cool car and start your own adventures!!! First up, the car has no real interior. I stripped everything out with the intentions of building a racing style aluminum interior, but it never happened. And I sold off all the old interior pieces. So, what ya get are 2 racing seats, a shifter, a steering wheel, a roll cage, and a window net. So, once again: NO INTERIOR PIECES, DASHBOARD, OR GAUGES ARE INCLUDED W/ THE CAR! The body and paint are still awesome after all these years, and has been customized w/ the removal of the side marker lights. It has a custom carbon fiber front splitter and removable headlight covers. The pics and vid show the rest of the story. Drivetrain consists of a strong 360 and GM 200-4R auto tranny with a full manual valve body. Which means ya have to shift it yourself through the gears, as it has no automatic functions. Engine is .030 over with forged 9.5 pistons, ported and polished heads, roller rockers, Comp cams .560 lift hyd. cam, Edelbrock Performer intake and Holley carb. Hooker Headers going into a 3 inch dual X pipe and ending in Spin Tech mufflers dumping in front of the rear. Rear is a 3.15 Twin Grip. Suspension has front and rear sway bars, heavy duty front and rear springs, American Racing 18 X 8 and 18 X 10 rims, and BFG Comp T/A tires. Car has power steering and brakes, but needs booster replaced, which I have a rebuild one to include in deal.
