azimirad Store WILL BE ADDING INTERIOR PICTURES SOON Ok, so the time has come to sell my RARE E36 M3 Sedan 5-Speed. This is a nearly original and totally unmolested example of an E36 M3 in excellent condition all around. It is basically a turn-key car, needing nothing more than a tank full of gas since just about all necessary items serviced. I have covered everything I could think of below, and included a ton of pictures, but feel free to contact me if you have questions. The Basics 1997 M3 Sedan, 5-Speed, Hellrot Red/Black Nappa Leather 925xx Miles VIN WBSCD9320VEE06403 I have a binder with service records and a log of items I have serviced The car has a clean CarFax/AutoCheck record and an AutoCheck score. No Accident history and all body panels are original and all VIN tags matching. . All parts I have installed over the years are documented in this paperwork. The Mechanicals I do all my own work and am very fastidious about preventive and normal maintenance. The oil has been changed every 3-4k miles, always with Lubro Molly 5w40 and OEM filter. The diff, trans, brake and PS fluids have been changed flushed regularly, or about every 15-20k miles. The following is a quick list of recent work done to the car: Cooling system refresh (all OEM parts Thermostat, Thermostat housing and water pump) Trans and Diff fluid flush w/ Mobil1 Synthetic FCAB’s replaced Bilstein shocks both front and rear New Shock mounts front and rear RTAB’s replaced New tie rods Rear ball joints replaced Guibo replaced Parts By Location Engine Nothing has been needed on the engine but oil changes and spark plugs. No leaks of any kind ever. Engine is bone dry Transmission Regular fluid changes only. No leaks of any kind ever. The shifter is original and clutch is perfect. Drive shaft/Differential/Axles The guibo was recently replaced and new hardware was used. The CSB was checked and there was no cracking or dry rot. The diff has had fluid changes regularly and no leaks of any kind ever. The boots on the axles have no cracks and both axles turn smoothly and quietly. Suspension The dampers at all 4 corners are Bilstien sports and have less then 10k miles on them. On the front new strut mounts installed. New rear shock mounts installed. The FCAB's, RTAB's are new. The condition of the FCA's, sway end links are good with minimal play and the rear sub frame bushings and inner rear control arm bushings have no issues. New Tie rods installed within last 10k. Brakes Brakes have about 40% left all around last I checked. Braking is good with no vibrations etc. Tires The tires have about 40% left all around with one tire being fairly new in rear from a flat. Condition By Location Exterior Paint Excellent condition 8.5-9/10 with very minimal swirl marks and no fading. The car has always been garaged and under my care it has been washed regularly waxed about twice a year. There are normal stone chips etc on front end. Normal wear and tear. There is some fading on the mirrors. There are imperfections etc when standing a foot away. Interior Seating The seats are black and as such show the wear very clearly. I would say the seats overall are 8.5/10 with only minimal, normal wear on the bolsters and some minor cracking due to age. The rear seats are 10/10 in new condition. Interior Trim Interior trim is in excellent condition and all electronics work as they should. Everything works. The sunroof tray cover is missing. It never bothered me and can replaced for about 100 dollars. CD changer works properly as does the HiFi system.
