This extended cab 4 wheel drive truck does have some engine problems. The 7.5L engine starts and runs, but the coolant is blowing out the exhaust. This is more then likely a bad head gasket, or intake gasket. There are only 137 thousand miles. The transmission seems to shift from gear to gear with no problems. The interior is in good shape, but needs cleaned. The air conditioning is blowing cold. The windows are in good working order.
