Up for sale is my 1983 Euro 525i. I have owned this car for a lot of years, and want to apologize to my BMW buddies for using this as a winter beater and its educational use as a vehicle for teenage drivers. It runs great with only 120,000 miles on it. Lots of rust, scrapes and dings. Too much to consider any type of restoration. My first thought was to part it out. A lot of rare Euro only parts. But I figured I would just throw it up on ebay as a complete car and see what happens. BODY: Delphin Metallic. Rusty with dings and scrapes. Very rare body kit (BBS?). Euro headlights and bumpers. INTERIOR: Anthracite cloth with no rips or tears, very clean. BMW sport seats. Dash has cracks. This is a non a/c car with power front and crank window rears. BMW sport seats have Video Monitors built into the headrests. Custom stereo with component speakers front and rear. Bluetooth, Alarm and Built in radar detector. 12in sub and monster amp in rear. It had a flip up Pioneer Nav unit in the dash until it was removed by a crook. Never replaced it. MECHANICALS: 2.5 liter fuel injected.a Runs perfect. Small oil leak on rear of cylinder head. High flow air cleaner. Short shifter on 5 speed OD tranny. Redline fluids in both the Diff and Tranny. 3.91 large case LSD diff. Super Sprint exhaust with BAV Auto headers. THE HEADERS HAVE RUSTED THRU AT THE COLLECTORS. Strut Bar, H&R springs with Bilstein Sports. Please ask questions, or better yet, try to look at the car in person.
