NO RESERVE!! Kitchen Trucks are the Hottest thing going in America! This is a fantastic to put the finishing touches on this great opportunity! Its a 1986 Chevy P30 with a Grumann Body - that has been modified for kitchen service. Back - Suspension etc...(beefed up real nice to handle heavy weight). Please read the entire listing. This truck needs additional work to be road ready. I have done all the hard work now its just needs that final touch to be ready to go. I purchased the truck, took it down to the frame - rebuilt 90% of it - I got all the equipment and now I just don't have the time to finish it. Here is more about it. The Framing is all new on the the inside of this truck. It has a brand new 50amp - 240v electrical service with roof mounted power as well as a shoreline off the back. It has a custom 4 speaker pioneer stereo system fully wired as well as many power outlets that gives you a lot of flexibility. It has two rows of uni-strut along the roof for extra equipment if ever needed. Its wired for satellite cable TV as well. It has 10ft of cooking space with brand new stainless steel as well as as a 10ft stainless steel hood vent with blower (needs new motor $100). It has full plumbing for the sinks and drain tank. It has a large propane gas tank with the flanges in place. It has large windows that gives the feel of an open kitchen with a service window. It has 4 skylights that open and close. I installed a pocket door to separate the cab from the back. The floor is built up along the equipment side as well. What it needs: The inside needs FRP board and a floor. ($500 It needs a 3 bay sink $100 It needs a hand washing sink $50 It needs engine work - I never looked into the Engine. My plan was to drop a rebuilt new 5.7 Chevy into it because I see that you can buy them cheap $1,000 or so. This engine may be fine to use and may just need some work to get it going.It needs a paint job if your not cool with the matte yellow that it is now. I have no locks for the doors (easy replace) I also have equipment that is included. All the equipment needs to be serviced to be 100% but I have it. Includes: (1) Electric 8ft Continental 4 drawer fridge unit. (needs new gaskets for the drawers and a recharge of coolant) (1) Electric Double Basket Fryer - works (1) 4 Burner Gas Range Top - works needs to be cleaned and re-assembled (1) Electric Chest Freezer - works (1) 30 Gallon Water Tank with heater I also have many Stainless Steel Shelves and other stainless steel parts plus a lot of other components that are included. The dash has been polished and cleaned. Needs some new small dash lights - nothing at all. It has 2 battery's 1 is brand new. Headlights - lights and horn works great! Millage - 363k nothing for these trucksThe frame and suspension has been built up to handle the extra weight of the equipment. This was a chinese kitchen truck before it was reposessed and never claimed. I have the paperwork from the State of MA to get a new title for it. (I have not done this but have all the docs that is as good as a title) Once complete this truck can be easily worth $30K plus. Its almost there just needs that final attention to complete it and start using it. NOW IS THE TIME GET THIS BABY ON THE ROAD MAKING MONEY!
