Up for consideration is a 1992 BMW 535i. I just purchased this car for resale and know very little about it. I've driven this automobile 87.8 miles so far, of which 52 was down the highway. It performed flawlessly. It starts, accelerates, shifts and brakes as it should. There were no noticeable noises, rattles, squeaks, etc., and it had a very smooth ride. It does not smoke and idles smoothly at 750 rpm. Exterior paint and is in fair condition. There are scratches and chips in the pain consistent with a car of this year. There is a large chip with a small ding in the hood, a shallow dent in the drivers door and deep scratches in the passenger door and trunk deck (please see pictures). Also, there is a small piece of trim missing on the passenger side rear quarter panel (see pictures). I found the nooks and crannies of the car to be remarkably clean. The interior is finished in tan leather. Both front and back seats show wear, although there are no rips or tears. It does not appear to have been smoked in, and their are no offensive odors present. The carpet is in serviceable condition with some wear and light stains. Both blinkers, cruise control, electric windows, power locks and sunroof all function properly. The heater works and the air conditioning system blows cold. There are no broken vents or no cracks in the dash. Both visors come with vanity mirrors that work properly. The radio works but the LED screen has an imperfection (see pictures). The right rear ashtray is missing (see picture). I found the engine compartment to be remarkably clean as well. All belts and hoses are in good repair, the oil level was full when I purchased it and the antifreeze was full and is a nice deep green. All four wheels are in good shape with no curb rash and the tires are in sound, having no cracks with good tread remaining. I installed new front brakes and premium windshield wipers on the car. This is a nice older BMW and should perform well for many more miles for the purchaser (look at the number of BMW's on ebay with over 300,000 miles!). I may be willing to entertain trades, partial trades, and encourage all offers. I believe I've described this car accurately, but as I mentioned, I do not know it's history. As such, this car is sold as is with no warranties implied or expressed. Upon an accepted offer, the purchaser will send a 10% deposit via paypal, and pay the balance within 5 days.
