Very nice 1984 VW Vanagon Camper. Rebuilt 1.9L engine with new heads approx 8K miles ago, new clutch at same time. Have paperwork from previous owner. I bought this vehicle about 4 months ago to play around with for the summer...don't know much about these but had fun camping a few times and taking it to a VW car show recently where it was received very well. Body appears to be rust free (except for a small area under windshield that has been touched up so not very noticeable). It looks to have been rustproofed when new and comes from southern Illinois which would explain the condition. The paint shines very nicely. Interior is original and is in very nice condition. It's obvious this camper has been well taken care of. Starts, runs, shifts, steers and stops fine. Sink and faucet work, not sure about fridge. LP tank was removed at some point. New off road tires...gives it the look of a "Syncro 4WD". Pop top canvas is original and has worn through on one side although it has been repaired and is fully functional as is. Bus Depot sells new ones for $259 if important to next owner. If you have any questions please ask BEFORE you bid...Thank you.
