Vehicle Detail
For Sale is our 1970 Dodge Challenger. We bought the car around 1995 and drove the car in the summers through 1998. Since then the car has been garaged. Currently the interior has been taken out, however we do have it all in the garage, along with many miscellaneous pieces such as the headlight bezels, R/T instruments, door panels, etc. The body and frame are in good condition for the age, the frame itself is pretty much rust free. I tried to take pictures to show as best i could. The trunk pan is rusted through and will need to be replaced and the firewall has a few rust spots on it that will need some work. The passenger side fender is fiberglass. There is a dent in the roof above the driver door from something falling on it over the years in the garage. From the filler perspective, I can tell there is some behind the rear wheels, on the lower doors and maybe in the rocker panel area, can't quite tell; all the body work was done by the previous owner before I bought the car years ago. The drive line is in pretty good shape, the engine was last run and fogged about 5 years ago, no problems with the transmission or the 8 3/4 rear end. The brakes are all drums, they were ok, but i believe the flexible hoses have all dry rotted over the years. The fender tags and build sheets all seem to be long gone, I can't find them anywhere. Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks. View the Complete Gallery at: http://imgur.com/a/Ew2ZH#0
