This car is in classic Dark Blue with Gray Leather Interior and has a clean car fax, no accidents. It is fully equipped with factory Air Conditioning, Power Windows and locks, Front and Rear heated seats, Adjustable rear seating, climate control, Sunroof, Automatic Transmission and AM/FM/10 disc CD Stereo. The odometer shows 151,686 miles. This car is part of a larger collection of cars which we recently purchased from a collector in Lynchburg, VA. Most of the older cars will be sold at the Simeone Museum by Bonhams Auction company on October 8, 2012. Due to time restraints we are selling a few cars from this collection No-Reserve on E-Bay. PLEASE NOTE, This Mercedes has been in closed dry storage since 1997, previously it was regularly driven by the owner of the collection as his personal car. This car currently does not run and has not been driven for at least fifteen years. However, we have established that the engine is free and does turn over smoothly using the car starter. The engine will fire and run using starting fluid, however, we did not clean the fuel system. Overall condition is very good. Interior is all original with no tears or rips in the leather upholstery, carpet is complete and very good, headliner is complete with no tears, all door panels and dash wood are very nice. All knobs, switches, and Gauges are original and correct. The body is very solid with fairly glossy original paint. Please note there is a minor dent in left rear door. Also, there is a crack in the windshield glass. Chrome and stainless trim is very good and very presentable condition. Grill and bumpers are in great condition. The car is originally from Durham, North Carolina and is a rust free North Carolina car. We have all owner’s manuals and maintenance books showing early service history up to 73,000 miles. This is a great car that needs some attention to get running and minor cosmetic issues. The car is being sold with a clean Pa title.
