The Hupmobile a very rare vehicle. It is a collector's car. Jay Leno has one like it in his private collection. This is a Series-S 3-Window Coupe. It has an "all steel" body (the real thing, not a fiberglass replica). It has a hefty 6" frame throughout. Total weight 3000 lbs. It has a rebuilt 289 Ford small block with a Holley 600 carb, 20/10 cam (a little bigger than an RV cam), headers, Flowmaster exhaust, Weiand valve covers, New distributor with electronic ignition. Less than 5000 miles since rebuild less than 5 years ago. Car driven occasionally on weekends, and I keep it in the garage. C4 Automatic Transmission, 9" rear end. Engine, tranny and rear end from 1965 Mustang. Front end clip from Mustang II. Front disc / rear drum brakes (new), Rack and pinion steering, new chrome, cloth interior, bench seat. Windshield opens. This is one sweeet ride. Turns a lot of heads. Unfortunately I no longer have the space for it.
