This Model A has been in the family for over 50 years. It was originally a Boise City taxi. My wifes grandparents bought the car in the early 1960's and used to drive it in parades and take it for Sunday drives. we got the car when they passed away about 12 years ago and were planning on restoring one day, but it has just been setting in the garage and is taking up space so it is time to go away. The interior is all original and most of the pieces are there. The body has a few dings and small dents, but no major rusting. will probably need a couple of new tires. Last time is was started was by my wifes uncle about 4 years ago. I'm sure the gas tank needs to be dropped and emptied as well as the oil. I'm not mechanical and do not want to mess with it. The president of the local Model A club looked at it a few months back and said that the body was as good as hes seen for somebody to do a retoration on.
