This VW was last driven in 1968 according to the inspection sticker. In those 5 years it was driven a lot because of he wear on the entire vehicle. I got it off a storage facility that was abandoned. Theres no title, in order to get a PA. title the vehicle has to be hauled to the state police garage and inspected and approved by the PA mechanics for them to generate a new clear title. Unless your a professional mechanic/body man your chances are slim. I'm just a retired barber with limited capital and talent so I have to sell my vehicle. I'm listing it for what I got in it.
