1980 Triumph TR8 Convertible. This car is a rare, collectible and fast, street racer. Car is complete, and ready for restoration. Driven until 1994, then parked with plans to rebuild as a race car. Needless to say, those plans were postponed, and now this complete, solid and restorable car is available. These car's drive like a street stock race car and are very collectible. No reserve! Car is sold "as is" and "where is". Includes a spare tire on same original rims as in picture. Nothing else (besides title, owners manual, and a book about the history of Triumph TRs) is included. Car has very little corrosion. Surface corrosion on trunk lid (visible in pictures) and on battery tray. Also, minor rust at low points of spare tire well. Hood, fenders, floor and body are solid (see pictures). Slight crease to sheet metal on drivers side rear quarter panel (see picture) is from the cover support blowing against the car in a windstorm several years ago. Car has never been in an accident, to my knowledge.
