You are bidding on a nice daily-driver quality bmw 633 csi finished in Sahara with chocolate interior. I picked this car up in Carmel a few months ago with the intention of restoring it. Unfortunately life often gets in the way of your plans. This car had 2 owners and has spent it's entire life from new in the Monterey / Carmel area. It has a clean CA title in my name. I have priced it fairly for a quick sale. Hopefully someone else can enjoy it. Here are the important details: Mechanical: The car runs and drives nicely. I drove it 350 miles to Los Angeles without the slightest of problems. It does not smoke, drip or overheat. The transmission shifts smoothly into all gears. The clutch engages nicely too. The car passed smog within the last 2 months without issue. electrical: All lights, gauges and switches work as they should. Both AC and Heat function properly. The rear windows are not currently coming down. (not sure if the motor or switch is the issue) The sunroof functions perfectly. The radio is not functional. interior: the interior is quite nice. both front and rear seats are clean and rip-free. the dash has a crack on top but is still nice. one of the AC vents is loose and needs to be secured. The front plastic on the center console (with the AC controls) has a piece cracked off on the side. it's not unsightly and easily replaced. the driver seat back rest does not adjust. it will only lift out of the way or stay in on position. thankfully it's a comfortable position....probably an easy fix too. both door panels are nice along with everything else. the carpet is perfectly intact. It could probably use a cleaning though. body: It appears the car has had 1 respray. the hood is slightly lighter than the body. the trunk also has some clear coming off. there are a few dings i've photographed. the only rust is surface rust where it's been dinged. this car lived in dry CA but spent it's life by the ocean. There are absolutely no structural rust issues. I just put 2 brand new rear tires on. the fronts still have a little tread left. the exhaust appears to have had a small hole that someone wrapped with exhaust tape. It's not obnoxious or loud. It just is worth mentioning in the interest of full disclosure. this is an awesome price for a daily driver 6 series. with a little love this car could look a lot better. feel free to ask any questions.
