I've owner this 510 for over 26 years, and now need to let it go to pay bills. It was painted 6 or 7 years ago, at which time most other work was done, including the engine rebuild. Paint- Volvo Saffron Metallic Pearl (with faint BRE ghost stripes in clear/pearl). Of course all jams and trunk were done too. Bubble flares were already done when I bought the car-and done by a pro.All new weatherstripping, rechromed bumpers. Euro signals front & rear, Mercedes yellow fogs, Cibie driving lights. Engine: Long-rod L16 (stroked to 1800) by Rebello Racing, with higher compression, reground cam, and Weber 32/36 carb(with Rebello tweaks). VW crossflow aluminum radiator, & 280zx 5 speed (w/ custom stainless billet shift knob). Pertronix electronic ignition, header W/ jet-hot ceramic coating w/ 2 1/2" exhaust all the way back with stainless turbo muffler. Suspension- Stock front struts with slightly cut sport springs, front & rear, Tokico shocks on all 4 corners.(fronts new last year, along with all new ball joints and tie rods). Front Brembo drilled & slotted rotors. Quickor F & R anti-sway bars. Interior- Cerillo sport buckets(BRAND NEW upholstery), vintage Wink mirror, dynamat throughout interior & trunk, new carpet kit, and John Morton signed glove box. Stereo is all Alpine. Deck is older cassette, w/ 6 cd changer in glove box, alpine amp, 5 1/2 in doors, 6x9 in rear deck & 10" sub in box in trunk. Trunk mounted Optima battery. 15x7 Panasport wheels- POLISHED! Approx 40k miles since rebuild. I would drive this car anywhere, very dependable and gets looks and thumbs up almost every time out! Only needs a couple of things-windshield caught a rock-big crack. I have an extra used if you need). Does have a little rust on the lower rockers in front of rear wheels, and a couple hairline cracks by let rear flare due to bumper being nudged. Charging-wants to overcharge battery- voltage regulator? Stereo left side just cut out, haven't had a chance to check it out, maybe a simple fix. I get complements with this all the time and people tell me it's one of the nicest they've seen in a loooog time! Oh, did I mention this thing is FUN? This thing corners! Sad to see it go.
