2004 TOYOTA CELICA GT-ZZT 231 VERY RARE VEHICLE NO RESERVEUp for sale is a 2004 Toyota Celica GT-ZZT231. Only 500 of these types of Celica’s were sold in the U.S. and 2000 worldwide. THESE TYPES OF CELICA’S ARE ULTRA-RARE, CONSIDERING THAT IT IS A STOCK PERFORMANCE EDITION, AND WITH THE VERY LOW MILEAGE OF 79,151. It is powered by a higher-performance 1.8 L 4-cylinder 212 hp engine which runs excellent, and has a 5spd manual transmission. This vehicle was designed for performance and is one of the few Celica’s produced as the GT-ZZT 231 before production of the Celica was stopped by Toyota in 2006. Among performance options, it has customized exhaust, customized intake, stock vented hood, rear racing spoiler, customized rear lights, customized front head lamps, stock racing body kit, and synthetic racing seats. There is nothing regular about this car. This car comes stock with a different cylinder head design, different valve and camshaft design, different gear ratios in the transmission to give you lower end torque in low gears and better torque in high gear. All of these engine upgrades basically maximized the 1.8l to give maximum performance and speed, while keeping with the Toyota tradition of great fuel economy. As previously stated, nothing is basic for this car, has racing suspension, brake system, axles, flywheel, and performance tires. Interior is great with synthetic racing seats, Toyota speed shifter, carbon fiber dual-vented hood, carbon fiber top, and carbon fiber spoiler. I have personally seen only one other GT-ZZT231 at a car show in New York City 3 years ago. This vehicle’s previous owner is in the NAVY and he only drove it when he was on leave.
