I am currently selling my 2003 Porsche Cayenne S. I am essentially the original owner of the car although I originally bought the car used on eBay with roughly 2000 miles on the odometer. The story I am told about the first owner is that he bought the car for his wife as a surprise gift but it turned out that she really wanted a Mercedes G Wagon and after a few weeks of trying to get he to accept the Porsche he gave in and sold/traded the car on the Mercedes to help maintain peace at home. Shortly after I originally purchased the car on eBay I sold it to my employers leasing company and it became my “company car” until the lease period ended at which time I reacquired the car from the leasing company. I essence I have been the only driver of the car since I initially bought it on eBay. While I don’t have the original sticker I recall the car listed for about $70K if you include the dealer-installed options – the Porsche TechArt 20 inch wheels as an example. The major options on the car include: - Navigation System - Xenon Lights - Sunroof - Full Leather interior – including Leather Dashboard - Towing Package – it will tow up to 7000 lbs. - Enter and Drive Option – Lock/Unlock and Start/Stop the car with the key in your pocket. - 3rd Party XM Satellite Radio - Heated Seats - BOSE Stereo w/ Trunk Mounted Sub-woofer The exterior paint is Jarama Beige. The cars leather interior is Savanna Beige and it comes with a light colored “Havana” wood trim. It is a very rich looking interior. The car has low millage because I both travel a lot (roughly 40%) plus I have a second car – I have driven the car consistently about 8K or 9K miles per year. Overall the car is in excellent condition. It has always been garaged and while we live in the Boston area our garage is attached and rarely if ever get below freezing even on the coldest winter night. The only issue that I might call significant that I am aware of on the car is a warring light for the headlight auto-adjust system. This warning comes on each time the headlights are turned on. I am confident that this is just a sensor issue as you can see the headlights move up and down – then return to level - each time they are turned on. Plus it has passed inspection for the past several years with this issue. Additionally, there are a few minor wear and tear items but very few. The TechArt wheels are in very good condition with no curb rash – see pictures. The car has also never been in an accident. The car drives beautifully and the exterior paint and trim are truly excellent for a car of this age. This is a very clean car driven by someone who loves cars.
