this car has won a number of awards at car shows, but it is a very solid, straight, excellent driver. Restored and purchased from a well respected Austin Healey restoration expert who, among man other things, repainted the car a Jaguar BRG color, installed leather interior and a cloth top. I have owned the car for the past 11 years. It has less than 41,000 original miles, matching numbers and is in excellent condition in all aspects. All mechanicals work as expected and the car needs nothing to be proudly driven and enjoyed by it's new owner. Engine compression, oil pressure and performance is consistent with newly-restored big Healeys. The transmission operates smoothly in all gears and has working overdrive. Stored during the winters in a heated environment, and in my garage during the driving season. It is completely rust free, no filler on any body panels, and no rust or repairs on the original frame. Rust in typical areas is non-existant on this car as pictures and inspection will confirm. This car appears stock, but has numerous improvements including 5, 60 spoke Dayton wire wheels, newer Michelin tires, stainless steel exhaust, tonneau cover, balanced brake drums, alternator and many more.
