You are bidding on a 2002 BMW X5 SUV. It has 231k miles and running strong. This vehicle features a 3.0 liter inline 6 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission. Has power windows, lock, keyless entry, AC/Heat, AM/FM CD player, heated seats. This vehicle also features an All Wheel Drive system which is great in the rain and can handle driving on the beach. The overall condition of the vehicle I would say is Fair to Good, it has a few scratches here and there, the carpet shows wear but there are brand new floor mats installed, the leather seats have NO rips or tears in them and the paint is in good condition but keep in mind this is a 10 year old vehicle. This is a southern vehicle so there is no rust as it doesn't snow much here. There are no check engine or abs brake lights on so there are no problems with that. The tires are practically brand new and have only seen about 3000 miles and the vehicle has a valid Virginia state inspection until March 2013. The vehicle is mechanically sound and runs great despite the mileage which you can expect from a BMW, there are NO check engine lights or ABS lights on. The Bad: The rear driver side window is inoperable, I am not sure why, could be a loose wire. The tilt steering is inoperable, again I am not sure why. The title is a Clear title but it does have the "Not Actual Mileage" Odometer Brand on the title because the digital display was broken, but has been fixed since, so thats why it has the brand on the title. This is not really a big deal for vehicles of this age since it is already known to have high mileage. The odometer was fixed by German Audio Tech, proof of purchase can be found in that link. This would be a great first vehicle for your teenage son or daughter, or even a great daily driver for yourself as it is for me currently.
