This truck is a good running, classic stepside that has a wooden bed. The bed has been removed and restored with new wood and new bedrails and professionally painted. The color the bed was painted is not an exact match to the cab, however the difference is negligible. When the truck was originally purchased it had rust spots that have been cut out and replaced with new sheet metal. Has a 300 inline 6 motor that has been rebuilt with less than 3,000 miles on it. The rear brakes have been completely redone with new drums, pads, springs, and internal components. The master cylinder has also been replaced. The three speed manual transmission was converted to a floor shifter long before I purchased it. It shifts and functions fine. The clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing have been replaced (new). The flywheel was refaced and the ring gear was flipped by a machine shop. The inline 6 motor runs perfectly. When the motor was rebuilt, a later model block was used and no longer has a mechanical fuel pump. A new Carter fuel pump has been installed with a fuel pump relay wired through the ignition. Fuel tank was removed and cleaned before the pump was installed. A new radiator has been installed and cooling system flushed. The alternator has been replaced. Power steering pump replaced. The front end bushings and grommets have been replaced on the twin I-beam suspension. The steering gear box was replaced. I had a mechanic shop inspect the king pins and was told they were good, however the steering is not as tight as it could be. Tires are in good condition. The windshield is cracked on the driver's side. The front and rear windshield gaskets are new. The weatherstripping and window gaskets on the doors are new. Heater and defroster work good, no air-conditioning. All guage and blinkers work. Cab interior needs a dome light. The inspection and registration are current.
