Still plenty of time left in the summer to enjoy many area car shows, or rumble into the local drive-in movie theatre with the coolest car in sight. Up for sale is a full frame off restored gem of a GTO. This 1969 GTO has been completly restored top to bottom. This was a fantastic 43 year old goat to start with prior to this magnificent restoration. The body was completely off the frame, and was meticulously detailed with all new poly eurathane bushings, ball joints, and bearings upon re-assembly. The frame was media blasted, and coated with chassis saver epoxy. The floors are all original with the exception of the drivers front pan that was replaced to factory specifications before the entire undercarriage was meticulously painted. The trunk floor is original to the car, and was detailed with black and aqua spatter spray with a new trunk mat. The factory jack and crow bar are also restored with a rally wheel full size spare. This way if there is ever a mishap on the road, you can be on your way with a quick tire change looking complete. The front suspension is all new, and includes a new idler arm, inner and outer tie-rods, and new sway bar links. The tires are new on the original JA wheels, with new correct GTO lug nuts, and all four trim rings with the correct black Pontiac PMD centers which are also new. This goat has the extremely powerful 366 horse power numbers matching 400 cubic inch engine that came with the car new in 1969. The engine has been thoroughly rebuilt with everything new including receipts. This engine is fires up with a brand new mini starter for quick easy starting. The odometer has been re-set to all zero's, because this is virtually a brand new 1969 GTO. There is a new fuel pump, timing chain, and balanced cam shaft. Blue printed ram-air IV competition cam with matching valve springs, new valve job with numbers matching ram-air III 48 heads. All new hoses and belts make sure this engine is tight.
