This 4-Wheeler is sold as is and would be great for parts or a fixer upper. I rode it 3 months ago and it cranked and ran fine. I ran it out of gas and have not done anything with it since. I know that it needs a gear shifter and some electrical work. I am not sure of the mileage and can not find a vin number anywhere on the bike.
