Wonderful opportunity to own a restored Triumph Tr6 Our shop has just completed a full frame off nut and bolt restoration on this Tr6 This triumph is one of the nicest available for sale worldwide. I say this because of the overall quality of this vehicle. As you will see in the detailed photos, this Tr6 is absolutely flawless in all it's grand details. Every piece of the vehicle was addressed to function and work as per factory specs. I will list every aspect of the restoration including every individual component on the car. This is a show car that will easily win awards. Chassis: Chassis was removed and completely stripped to bare metal. It was than finished in por 15 and original style satin top coat The chassis was then reassembled using all new aircraft grade hardware, including new brake lines and hoses. All suspension and front end components were replaced with new. Body: The original body on this vehicle was near perfect. There were only minor dings, no body damage or rust at all. The body was chemically stripped to bare metal. It was then primed with etching primer, sealed and finished in White 2 stage paint by PPG The body is laser straight and panel fitment is excellent. Engine: The engine was stripped down. Block was boiled, heads were cleaned and checked for cracks. Entire engine was rebuilt as new with pistons, bearings, rings, timing chain etc Transmission: the transmission was in excellent shape. It was professionally cleaned and resealed. A new clutch , pressure plate and bearing were installed. Rear End. Rear end was rebuilt and resealed to be as new. Exhaust: New stainless stock exhaust system Exterior Parts: New Chrome bumpers front and rear. New license plate light assembly. Rear light bezels rechromed to new with all new lenses. all new signal and marker lenses and buckets. headlight buckets and hardware are new. New badges and emblems. New bullet mirrors. Interior & Top : New Convertible top. Frame was stripped and repainted like new. New banding and hardware. New visors and hardware. Seats were stripped to the frames and repainted. All new foam and diaphrams were installed. new vinyl upholstery. Door panels are all new. Carpet is all new. Tranny tunnels are new. Factory seatbelts in exceptional shape. Every dash crash pad was replaced with new including door handle pads. New dashboard. gauges were hand cleaned and recalibrated as new. All glass is brand new. windshield and door glass. Glass channeling is brand new including roll ups felt channels and hardware. New rubber glass scrapers and felts Trunk : trunk carpet is new. New trunk panel kit and light lense. Comes with spare tire and original jack Original wheels were soda blasted and refinished in a 2 stage paint New tires are installed The entire heating system was addressed and restored to original condition Engine Compartment: New master cylinder, slave cylinder, and clutch cylinder. New battery, alternator, starter. All emissions hoses are new including soft and hard lines. The engine compartment is stunning and of the best quality restoration you can get. Carbs were rebuilt, polished, and calibrated. A complete New wiring Harness was installed front and rear, including fuse block, and relays. As you can see by reading that every aspect of this vehicle is basically brand new. We strive to be the best when it comes to restoring British sports cars. Every part of the car is hand detailed and nothing is overlooked. After purchase buyer can chose to have a Cd Player or stock radio installed with speakers. A restoration of this quality would cost around 45-50,000 dollars to have completed by a shop. We are offering this vehicle at a very low reserve.
