You are bidding on a 1926 Studebaker Big Six Duplex Phaeton. The car was restored by a previous owner and is in excellent condition. Mechanical: The car runs and drives quite nicely but did exhibit a minor fuel delivery issue when taken out for photographing that soon cleared up. It is fitted with Studebaker's 353 cubic inch "Big Six" engine. It retains its original vacuum tank fuel delivery system supplemented by a electric fuel pump on a momentary switch. Exterior: The paint is in good condition, but does show some orange peel. The striping is very nicely done. The radiator shell is in excellent condition, as is the roof covering. The trunk deck was repaired int he past as the brackets show evidence of being rewelded. Interior: The interior was redone during the restoration and is in excellent condition. The roll-down shades are in good condition, although one is currently not installed. The shades do not like to retract. The windshiled is missing some of its sliding hardware. Jump seats are present and in excellent shape. Terms: Car is sold as is, where is, with no warranty of any kind. Will sell to US only.
