You are looking at a 77 Pontiac Firebird TransAm 400 - 4 Speed. I don't know if the Engine and Transmission are original. The car does run, drive and stop. It hasn't been inspected for about 10 yrears. Should only need tires and exhaust work for inspection. Tires have lots of tread left but they are dry rotted. The car was painted about 10 years ago, metalic blue. The original color is brown. Rust is starting to bubble through on the body in some places.
