Hello, I am listing this car for a good friend of mine. Below is his honest description of the car. It is a very nice rare car but it does need some finishing. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. We can speak on the phone as well if needed. The car is in Victoria BC which is only approximately two hours north of Seattle. I will assist in shipping whether it be to the USA or Canada as much as I can. I have shipped cars and Motorcycles across Canada and the USA before.Thanks.. 1963 Mercury Monterey 4 door, Breezeway electric rear window. More than complete car, comes with two rear windows and motors, one of which works for sure. Both seats have been reupholstered also comes with two spare seats. 390 crate motor, c6 3 speed automatic trans. the motor is approximately 10 years old and has been sitting in my shop with oil in it for 4 years. The motor has zero miles on it and was run by previous owner for only about 5 minutes. The fluid in the trans has been drained, same with the fluid in the brakes. The brakes are all drum and all have been rebuilt. The under carriage has been cleaned and painted, aside from the rear differential which is rusty. Comes with a set of Mopar rally rims that are the same bolt pattern and are painted the same color as the roof, Spare set of 390 heads, 2x most of the trim and body parts, Two wiring harnesses and a spare dash. There is 2x all the glass and it is all in good shape. The grill and headlights are in nice shape same with the taillights. The bumpers are in good shape all though they could be re-chromed. All this car needs is wiring, the dash needs to be hooked up, the gas tank needs to be sealed and the fuel lines need to be made. There is a roll of new fuel line in the trunk. The exhaust needs to be hooked up and a new set of tires would be a good idea. The only rust on the car is on the differential and a little bit is showing through on the roof gutter. The paint is over all pretty nice although there is some bubbling in the center of the trunk.
